By submitting a wholesale order, the Buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions. Any deviation from these terms must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
3. Orders
3.1. Order Placement: Orders can be placed through the on-line Wholesale Log In – located on the Bendigo Pottery Website. www.bendigopottery.com.au
All orders are subject to acceptance by the Seller.
3.2. Minimum Order Quantity: The Buyer agrees to adhere to the minimum order quantity as stated in the product listings.
3.3. Order Confirmation: Once the order is placed, the Seller will send an order confirmation. The Buyer must review this confirmation for accuracy.
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1. Pricing: Wholesale prices are set forth on the Seller’s website and itemised with each product, and are subject to change without notice.

Orders can not be submitted unless payment is received at the time of order.
5. Delivery

All trademarks, trade names, and other intellectual property related to the Products remain the property of the Seller. The Buyer is granted a limited license to use this intellectual property solely for the purpose of promoting and reselling the Products.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Seller’s liability for any claim relating to the Products is limited to the purchase price of the Products. The Seller is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Victoria without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Law Courts of Victoria.
10. Amendments
The Seller reserves the right to change or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The Buyer will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the Seller's services constitutes acceptance of these revised terms.
